ToS Opt Out

Opt out of WFD ToS changes

As a customer of WildFyr Development, you have the right to opt out of any Terms of Service changes after your most recent purchases. This guide will show you how.

This process will delete your WFD account, and is NOT REVERSIBLE. Once your request is sent and the delete process is started we cannot stop it or reinstate your account

WFD Legal Department

You will want to create an email using the same email your website account is attached to, in the subject line please write

ToS Opt Out

In the body, please include:

Website Name
Website ID
Date of most recent purchase
price of most recent purchase

Information Gathering

Here is where you can grab this information

1 - Website Name

2 - Website ID

3 - Date of Purchase

4 - Price - For the Price, if you have more than 1 purchase from the same day, add all the prices together and provide that number.

Example Information

In this example, we would say "the date of purchase was 8th of November 2025 with a purchase total of 15 USD"

What happens next?

After our Legal Team gets your email, it can take up to 3 business days to get a response. When you do, you will receive the following:

- Confirmation your WFD account was deleted

- A copy of the last ToS your products are tied to

- A copy of the most recent update, prior to the ToS changes, of any products you purchase

- A goodbye letter from WFD

Please note, if you decide to reopen your account in the future you will not regain access to any prior purchases you had, and therefore will have to repurchase any assets to get any updates.
